We are RICS Registered Valuers and offer the following Valuation services for residential property:

Purchase:

If you are buying a property or a share in a property we can provide you with a Valuation Report independently of a condition survey.

Help to Buy:

If you wish to redeem your Help to Buy loan, whether to remortgage, or for the sale of your property, we can provide you with a Valuation Report which meets the requirements of Target/HCA.

Shared Ownership:

Where you have purchased a property using a shared ownership scheme and want to sell your share we can provide a Valuation Report which meets the requirements of your Housing Association.

Residency Applications:

If you are applying for UK Citizenship by way of an Investor Visa we can provide you with a Valuation Report of your residential property investment(s).

Matrimonial:

If you are going through a divorce, or separation from a co habitee, we can provide you with a Valuation Report and which meets the requirements of HMCTS.

Inheritance Tax (formerly known as Probate):

We can provide you with a Valuation Report for HMRC for Inheritance Tax purposes.

Capital Gains Tax:

If you are transferring ownership of a property we can provide you with a Valuation Report for HMRC.

Compulsory Purchase/Regeneration:

We can provide an independent Valuation of your property if you are being displaced by regeneration or facing compulsory purchase of your property.
